💜 The 3 x New CLASSES: Consumers, Creators and Communicators

Last night I was in the shower 🚿 and I got a #BrainPop… around this concept. I said out aloud YES YES YES! It could’ve sounded a little weird listening in 🤣 Jokes aside, this is no joke.

I think people see my upbeat, bubbly personality and forget that I’ve been homeless, lived in a car, been in some pretty rough circles and still come out smiling and shining.

I’m going through a season of hyperACTion and it’s no accident. I have seen a dramatic trend online and otherwise. That the classes are changing and they’re changing fast.

🙋 CLASS #1 – CONSUMERS

Consumers, that’s the first level of the 3 classes I’m seeing. They consume whatever it is that the creators put in front of them. Consumers still watch TV, and watch whatever is put in front of them. Consumers consume what’s on the SEEK jobs list, versus creating a J.O.B or a B.I.Z. Consumers just consume what’s put in front of them. It means they’re not directing their lives, they’re just taking what is put in front of them.

😱 AKA the new LOWER CLASS (I’ve been there bajillion time! No judgment! BE AWARE!)

🙋 CLASS #2 – CREATORS

Creators aren’t just artists, writers, photographers, musicians…

Previously creators were seen as the crazy ones, the WEIRDO WRITERS, the PAINED PAINTERS, the MAD MUSICIANS.

My conceptualization of CREATORS goes beyond (yet includes) the creators.

It’s not like creators don’t consume. Creators, consume and then create. They consume nature, consume inspiration, consume contrast and create magic from it.

Creators are all creatives.

Creative with your life.

Creative with your career.

Conscious Choosers.

Career creators.

They watch Netflix, cause they get to choose what comes on. TV just tells you what’s coming NOW, NEXT & LATER. Creators are creative with their time, they don’t just consume what’s been put in front of them.

Creators, get creative with how they consume news, they don’t just ingest what flashes up on the TV screen and what some disc jockey says for ratings. They seek out the news and create their own consumption habits.

Creators create businesses to create the lifestyle they want.

Creators consume education. They’re conscious consumers.

Creators do what I did, watch 1 million hours of makeup artists on YouTube in 2009 and create a wedding makeup business from doing friends makeups and then friends graduations and then 1 x wedding makeup created and communicated (and become a Top10 Wedding Makeup Artist in 1 year!). Business done from zero to booked out in 6 months (in a highly competitive industry).

Creators consume consciously. They read books. They study courses. They get mentors.

CREATORS never say they’re BUSY. BUSY is the least creative you could ever be. I mean get REAL. BUSY is a BLOCKING tactic, I’m not an iditot, you’re not BUSY, you’re just BLOCKED. Creators create time between to create. Consumers just continue to be “BUSY”.

The way online and otherwise is creators are going to win (when they master the next part)

PS creators don’t just mean being an artist in the general sense of the word. Creators are also career creators. Double checking I threw that in. But I’m not interested in helping you create a career, I’m here for #BigDreamers who have business as the vehicle, vessle and tool for their Big Dreams.

Get bloody creative.

Here’s where creators stay in the middle class… they can’t communicate what they do.

😱 AKA: the new MIDDLE CLASS, they don’t know how to communicate or sell to the world what they create!

🙋 CLASS #3 – COMMUNICATORS

I was born for this. I’m finally seeing that my whole university degree was not for nothing (and all my childhood dreams for that matter), I’m seeing my unfair advantage now (which wasn’t even unfair since I finished a whole university degree while juggling kids and businesses when I didn’t have to).

My degree gave me a deep knowledge of:

OLD MEDIA
NEW MEDIA

Old media is dying.
New media is just starting off.

New Communications Technology they called it (funny it was the one unit I got a HIGH DISTINCTION for + loved the most).

Social Media isn’t even social media anymore. Social Media is just a Media Channel. Like the TV.

Let’s repeat that – SOCIAL MEDIA = ONLINE MEDIA CHANNEL.

People who are GREAT at COMMUNICATING their value on Online Channels = will WIN.

People who are GREAT communicators of their mission = will WIN.

People who are able to COMMUNICATE how their art, expertise, can benefit an AUDIENCE or COMPANY = will win.

CONSUMERS + CREATORS + COMMUNICATORS = will be the upper class. Mark my words (they already are! #DotComMillionaires)

IF YOU’RE just a consumer… well maybe you need to have been in the position I’ve been in. Living in a car, having no food to eat… to realise you can’t just sit around and CONSUME. You have to CONSUME > CREATE and then COMMUNICATE what it is you’ve CREATED. You have to master all levels.

🌴 AKA the new UPPER CLASS = know how to COMMUNICATE (on every CHANNEL). MASTER COMMUNICATORS don’t flash fancy shit in your face! But they may wave a PALM tree in your face every now and then! 😂 But it’s only to get you to create and communicate and no longer just unconsciously consume! 💪 They communicate to you their value because they are valuable and they innately bring their audience or company value. 

Lucky for me I have a BACHELOR OF COMMUNICATIONS… that’s why I’ve been wondering how I seem to be able to breakthrough online quicker, bigger at each new level online. I think the universe had something to do with it. And also I’ve been blessed with GRIT, I’ve grown through some pretty tough shit, that would end a lot of people in a mental home overnight… I’m not sure how come I keep relating this message of classes, I guess it’s to say… I’m not up here preaching from the mountaintop, I’ve been in the CONSUMER lower class category before and know how soul destroying it in.

SO WAKE UP & CREATE & COMMUNICATE.

BE A JOURNALIST OF YOUR LIFE = COMMUNICATOR.

BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR TIME = CREATOR

BE HYPER-ACT-IVE ONLINE & OTHERWISE, YOU’VE GOT STUFF TO CREATE & COMMUNICATE.

CONSUME … CONSCIOUSLY > BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR TIME & TALENT > COMMUNICATE YOUR STORY, YOUR VALUE & YOUR MISSION.

That’s the new 3 x CLASSES. That will separate, LOWER CLASS, MIDDLE CLASS & UPPER CLASS. No matter your associations with them, I’ve been in them all. That’s the way I’ve seen it going.
